On January 21, 2016 at 7:30 pm the Zoning Board of Appeals/Plan Commission (ZBA/PC) will continue to review the petitioner for a proposed development at the northeast corner of Park Avenue and Walker Avenue. The developer is seeking special use approval for a preliminary planned unit development to allow the construction of a mixed use development containing commercial space, 35 condo-grade apartments, 7 2-story live/work apartments, parking and a public plaza at Park and Walker Avenues.

At the conclusion of the public hearing the ZBA/PC will forward their recommendations and findings to the Village Board of Trustees for consideration and further action at a future Village Board meeting.
