On June 20, 2016, the Village Board approved an ordinance granting final planned unit development plan approval for the vacant property at the northeast corner of Park and Walker Avenues. The project includes a four (4) story, mixed use development including first floor commercial along Park Avenue and 42 condominium-spec apartment units with secured indoor parking. The building will feature a new plaza area at the corner of Park and Walker Avenue, live-work apartment units having direct access from Walker Avenue, balcony and terrace views facing Park and Walker Avenues. Construction is anticipated to start in early Fall with completion expected in by late-spring, early summer.
