Dancin’ in the Street Wednesday night concerts will have music from 7 PM to 9 PM. As with prior years, Prospect Avenue from Park Avenue to the BNSF railroad will be closed to vehicular traffic from 4:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Parking is available in the Metra commuter parking lot at the corners of Prospect Avenue and Ann Street. Please note that no skates, or skateboards are allowed downtown during the event.
The concert series serves as a community gathering place where families can enjoy the summer and catch up with friends and neighbors. The event, which takes place on Prospect Avenue in downtown Clarendon Hills, also showcases many of the downtown businesses to residents and visitors.
Dancin’ in the Street Traditional Concerts
Where: Downtown Clarendon Hills (Prospect Avenue from Park Avenue to Burlington Avenue)
When: 7 PM to 9:00 PM each Wednesday from June 21st through August 2nd for the 2023 Series. There is no concert on July 5th.
What to bring: Bring your own lawn chairs. No glass containers and per Ordinance, no private alcohol allowed. There will be a beer tent.
Support the concerts
Businesses can support the concerts with sponsorships. Reach out to the Chamber of Commerce in regard to these opportunities by calling 630-344-9289.
Residents can support the concerts by buying specialty vehicle stickers each year for a donation of a minimum of $10 over the village sticker price. Find out more at www.clarendonhills.us/stickers.

HISTORY
With the support of the Village and the countless hours of volunteers on the Special Events Committee, the residents enjoy these annual summer concerts.These concerts where the idea of volunteers and in 2010 carried on by local business owners Renee Kirin and Shane Johnson. The first concerts were held the summer of 2000.
